As an educator, school counselor, and parent to a child with complex medical and developmental disabilities, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to advocate for your child in systems that weren’t built with your family in mind.
You’re already doing so much, and you don’t have to do this alone. I can help.

I’ve worked in public schools since 2007, across all grade levels from Pre-K through high school. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work.
Now I support families by helping them identify meaningful accommodations and goals for their child’s IEP, 504s, and other systems of support by offering guidance every step of the way. I specialize in navigating complex systems, like school districts, county, and state services, so your child can attend school safely, thrive in their learning environment, and participate fully in their community.
In addition to working directly with families, I partner with practitioners and organizations who want to better support parents of disabled children or children with complex needs. Together, we work toward systems that are more informed, inclusive, and equitable.
My goal is to work with you to help you find the path forward that works best for your child and your family.

My Values:
-
Lived experience matters: I bring the dual perspective of being both a professional and a parent of a child with complex needs.
-
Equity isn’t optional: I work to create change that centers disabled children, families of color, and LGBTQIA+ families.
-
Justice over checkboxes: I go beyond compliance to help families get what they actually need, not just what’s offered.
-
Strengths-based support: Every child has unique strengths. My work starts there.
-
System navigation, simplified: I help you make sense of complicated systems so you can make the right decisions for you and your family..
-
Collaboration is key: You are the expert on your child. I’m here to support, not override.
